If you are unhappy with the product you can send back (at your own expense) unopened bars of soap within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Please contact to arrange delivery and retain proof of postage. The cost via Royal Mail is £3 for up to 2kg
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the parcel delivery company (e.g. Royal Mail or Evri) in the event of a missed delivery to leave instructions (e.g. leaving with a neighbour or safe place). Should the parcel be sent back to me after a missed delivery, I can offer a refund, or post the parcel again via Royal Mail for £3 (depending on parcel weight it might cost more).
Lost or damaged parcels
On rare occasions, parcels are lost or damaged in transit by the delivery company. Parcels are insured for loss or damage but the customer must retain evidence of this, such as a photo of the damaged item or packaging. Terms & conditions vary by delivery company, but typically a lost parcel claim will be resolved by them after 14 working days from the due delivery date. Until a claim is resolved, I cannot send out a replacement parcel. Once a claim is resolved I will send out a parcel at no cost to the customer. A customer may choose to purchase a replacement before the case is resolved and if the original claim results in the cost of the parcel being refunded then I will refund the cost of the original parcel to the customer.
